  • Domestic Shipping: Estimated 5–7 business days after dispatch
  • International Shipping: Typically 7–14 business days after dispatch (varies by destination)
  • Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch

International Shipping
We ship worldwide to most locations.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or certain restricted regions.
  • Oversized or special items may incur additional shipping costs, which will be shown at checkout where
    applicable.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • HERETIC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once they have been handed over to the
    carrier.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. We will assist where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

  • Some items are available on a pre-order or made-to-order basis.
  • Production for pre-order items begins once the pre-order window closes
  • Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production before dispatch
  • Delivery timeframes begin after dispatch (as outlined in Section 2)
  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be shipped together once all items are ready, unless stated otherwise.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll make it right.

  • You are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund

  • A clear photo of the damage is required for assessment
  • Return shipping will be covered by us if a return is required

Sizing Issues

  • If you’ve ordered the wrong size:
    Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Once the item is returned and inspected, you will receive a refund in the form of store credit (gift card)
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We strongly recommend checking the size chart before ordering to ensure the correct fit.
