Shipping policy

At HERETIC, we aim to deliver your order quickly, securely, and reliably. Please review the information below carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • No processing, shipping, or delivery on weekends or public holidays
  • During launches, restocks, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Domestic Shipping: Estimated 5–7 business days after dispatch
  • International Shipping: Typically 7–14 business days after dispatch (varies by destination)
  • Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide to most locations.
  • Please note: Duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer
  • HERETIC is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or certain restricted regions.
  • Oversized or special items may incur additional shipping costs, which will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • HERETIC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once they have been handed over to the carrier.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. We will assist where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, additional reshipping fees may apply.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

  • Some items are available on a pre-order or made-to-order basis.
  • Production for pre-order items begins once the pre-order window closes
  • Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production before dispatch
  • Delivery timeframes begin after dispatch (as outlined in Section 2)
  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be shipped together once all items are ready, unless stated otherwise.
